Departing Moultrie after high school graduation, David Tyndall began his law career in Atlanta, Georgia. His practice areas included construction litigation and contracting, real estate and real estate development. He returned to Moultrie in 1991 to join the firm in practice with Lamar Moore and Saxby Chambliss, where he broadened his focus to include corporate and tax matters and general civil litigation.Over the last decade, David has devoted the majority of his professional career to his active role in real estate development. His company, Gateway Development Services, Inc., provides its clients with full service real estate expertise, including program and construction management, financial engineering and marketing. Gateway maintains its primary office in Atlanta, and David splits his time between there and the MTCS office in Moultrie.
A top graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology’s School of Building Construction/College of Architecture, David’s earned his law degree With Distinction from Emory Law School, where the faculty named him Outstanding Real Estate Student and appointed him Managing Editor of the Law Journal. He has lectured nationally on construction procurement processes and various real estate development issues.
David and his wife Sally have three children and are active members of Moultrie First United Methodist Church. David and Sally have each served in leadership roles in most of Colquitt County’s civic organizations: David as president of the Moultrie/Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce, the United Way, Sunset Country Club, and the local PTA; Sally as president of the Moultrie Service League and local chapter of the American Cancer Society. They also serve on a number of local boards of directors. David formerly served on the Moultrie City Council and the Colquitt County Development Authority.
