Elizabeth R. Strickland earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina in 1994, and a Juris Doctor from Mercer University in 1999. Elizabeth began her practice as a law clerk to a circuit of Superior Court Judges and transitioned to a large Atlanta law firm where she practiced insurance defense. Elizabeth spent several years as an Associate General Counsel for a privately held manufacturing company before joining what was Moore, Tyndall, Castellow & Strickland, LLP in 2014.

 

Elizabeth is a bankruptcy specialist and limits her practice to the representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, primarily in the area of Chapter 12 bankruptcies related to farmers and agribusinesses.

 

Elizabeth has been active in the Moultrie community serving as President of the Moultrie Service League, President of the Moultrie Jr. Woman’s Club and board member of the Moultrie YMCA. She is active in the Moultrie First Presbyterian Church where she is a Deacon.
